From Umbrella Medical Clinic:
We are excited to announce that Umbrella Medical Clinic will be re-opening on August 2nd, 2022! We look forward to being able to continue offering sexual health services and gender affirming healthcare to our community.
We will begin accepting appointment requests on July 25th, 2022. Please note that our phone and email line will not be available prior to this date.
If you are a new client, starting on July 25th, you will be able to fill out a new client intake form on our website (www.umbrellaclinic.com). Once received, we will contact you to book an appointment. If you have been to the clinic before, you will be able to contact us via email ([email protected]) or telephone (807-698-7200). UMC would like to thank the community for being so supportive and understanding since the passing of our physician and friend, Dr. Annabella Zawada. We are so proud to be able to honour Dr. Zawada’s legacy by continuing her dream of providing accessible, equitable care to the people of Northwestern Ontario.
