|Part 1: Newcomers and the Canada Child Benefit – This lunch and learn will clarify some common misconceptions about the Canada Child Benefit (CCB) as it applies to newcomers. There are grave consequences for clients who apply for this benefit without understanding the eligibility criteria. This series will provide community workers, particularly those who are new to the settlement sector, with the information needed to determine whether clients are eligible for the CCB.
