Needs Assessment Survey to Develop Pro Choice Educational Materials to Support Pregnant People
from the National Abortion Federation (NAF) Canada:
This survey will take approximately 5-minutes to complete and is for any allied healthcare and/ or community professionals who may be in a position to support a person who is pregnant or who has the capacity to become pregnant.
Thank you for your willingness to help increase pro-choice education materials to benefit your organization and clients/ patients. At the end of this survey, there will be an option to be contacted for a for a follow up conversation, a modest honorarium will be provided for your time.
