| Steps to Justice has two new tools to help you understand Ontario Works (OW) and the Ontario Disability Support Program (ODSP): Three simple flowcharts that explain applying for OW, applying for ODSP, and appealing an OW or ODSP decision. These can help you understand what happens and what is required at each stage of the application or appeal process. A new tool that creates a letter to request an Internal Review of a decision for OW or for ODSP. This is an important first step to asking for an appeal.
