| Steps to Justice’s family law content, Family Law Guided Pathways, and Steps in a Family Law Case have been updated to reflect changes that took effect on February 1, 2022. With these changes: – people must now try to discuss things like sharing financial information and resolving their issues before their case conference – a new Form 8.0.1: Automatic Order goes to people with cases about decision-making responsibility, parenting time, support, dividing property, or the matrimonial home This new Automatic Order explains what must happen next.
