MyBenefits is an online service for people who are applying for Ontario Works (OW) or getting benefits from either OW or the Ontario Disability Support Program (ODSP). You can choose if you want to use MyBenefits or not.

- extra tasks MyBenefits users have to do
- what to do with documents and message that are sent through MyBenefits
