Steps to Justice’s family law content, Family Law Guided Pathways, and Steps in a Family Law Case have been updated to reflect changes that took effect on February 1, 2022. With these changes:

– people must now try to discuss things like sharing financial information and resolving their issues before their case conference
– a new Form 8.0.1: Automatic Order goes to people with cases about decision-making responsibility, parenting time, support, dividing property, or the matrimonial home

This new Automatic Order explains what must happen next. For example, it says that financial statements must be served and filed where there are issues about support.
